4- The information provided by companies when registering and becoming a member of Turkindex-Telerehber is accessible to all Turkindex-Telerehber users and visitors, and the responsibility for this information belongs to the company. Information that harms or belittles other companies, brands, users, or Turkindex-Telerehber will be removed from publication. Turkindex-Telerehber reserves the right to decide which information will be published or not published.

5- By filling out the membership form, companies agree to provide up-to-date and accurate information about their company, products, and services. In case of incomplete or incorrect information, Turkindex-Telerehber reserves the right to remove all or part of the company information from publication.

6- Companies registering with Turkindex-Telerehber agree to the public publication of the information they fill out in the registration form (company name, address, telephone-fax, company, product and service information, etc.). They accept that all users and visitors may establish commercial contact (product-request) with them via the email address they provide. Companies register with Turkindex-Telerehber and provide their company information so that visitors and users can establish commercial contact with them.

7- The company agrees that the company and product information provided when filling out the membership form on Turkindex-Telerehber;
- The content must not be false or inaccurate.
- It must not be a stolen copy.
- It must not contain content that belittles other companies, products, brands, or users.
- It must not cause unfair competition.
- It must not contain pornographic content.
- It must not contain software or viruses that would harm others or Turkindex-Telerehber.
- It must not contain features that allow spamming of Turkindex-Telerehber members.

8 - Visitors and members have the right to benefit from the information available to users on Turkindex-Telerehber and to establish commercial connections through the site. 10- Companies using paid membership (Gold) and other paid services will have their membership and service canceled within the first month. The remaining balance, after deducting bank charges, will be refunded against the invoice. 11- As the publisher of Turkindex-Telerehber, Telmar İletişim Sistemleri Ltd. Şti. is obligated to keep the addresses in Turkindex-Telerehber up-to-date and to ensure uninterrupted publication.

12- In matters not covered herein, the provisions of the Consumer Rights Law, the Law on the Protection of Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Copyright Law, and the Turkish Commercial Code shall apply. In case of dispute, the Istanbul Commercial Courts shall have jurisdiction.
